All Columbia Association Personal Trainers hold a current, accredited personal training certification. Many have completed multiple fitness certifications and may also have at least a bachelor’s degree in an exercise science discipline. Virtual personal training gives you flexibility without sacrificing the personalized and progressive programming of a traditional personal training session.
