That’s why Columbia Association is helping you stay active so that you don’t miss a beat when we reopen!

We’re posting video workouts on a regular basis to help you exercise from the comforts of home. And we’ve also got activities for you and the kids.

This flowing style of yoga synchronizes breath with movement. Build on the fundamentals from Yoga Basics and Hatha yoga, flowing a faster and fluid pace. This class will emphasize the lower body.
