I started my fitness journey in 2016 at the age of 39, by losing 60 lbs. and improving my overall health, strength and mobility. This change improved the quality of my life so significantly that I decided to make a career out of helping others do the same. I believe that fitness is the key to a long, happy, and healthy life. Movement is a celebration of the body and what it can do. Exercise is how we do those things better.
