What dates do the camps run?
Camps begin on June 18 and run through August 24, 2018. Some camps begin later, or end earlier.
What time does camp start and end?
All camps begin at 8:30am and end at 4pm. Extended care is offered from 7-8:30am and from 4-6pm.
How can I make a change to my camper’s enrollment?
Please email any changes with your child’s full name to Camps@ColumbiaAssociation.org and we will be happy to assist you!
What will my camper need for camp?
Please send your camper with a non-perishable bagged lunch, refillable water bottle (available free at CA Headquarters) and swim gear. Please see camp descriptions for specifics that pertain to each camp.
CA Camps look awesome! How do I register?
Please visit our Registration page to view a registration form. After completing the form, you may email, fax, mail or visit us to bring in the form!
Do you offer any registration discounts?
Early bird registration: Receive 10 percent off by registering early. Beginning Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2017 through Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2018.
Reserve your camper’s spot by simply paying the $50 nonrefundable registration fee per camper and leaving a credit card on file in our secured system. If balance has not been paid in full, any unpaid balances will be charged to the card on file on March 1.
Additions and changes made after Feb. 28 will be at the 2018 rates. This discount applies to camp fees only. It will not be applied
to the registration fee, extended care fees or any other discounts.
Do you offer any assistance?
The Income Qualified Program is for families in need of financial assistance for CA Camps. This program is only available to people who live on or work full-time on property subject to the CA assessment and whose household income is within the guidelines developed by HUD. CA Camps does not accept DSS vouchers. Please allow 3-5 business days for approval. Call 410-715-3165 for more information.
