TribeKIDS is a youth physical activity program focusing on developing fit, strong, healthy and confident kids. It incorporates movements that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do as their bodies grow – pull, push, run, jump, throw, climb and lift.
These fun sessions incorporate athletic exercises for coordination, agility, strength and stamina as well as teamwork, games and challenges.
Dedicated TribeKIDS Coaches will motivate and coach your kids every step of the way. They will encourage your kids to new levels of confidence, fitness and strength, season after season.
TribeKIDS are grouped according to age so that they exercise in a safe and non-threatening environment and at the correct intensity.
