Columbia Dialogues — working together to enhance Columbia as a diverse, inclusive and welcoming community for all

Columbia’s 50th Birthday Celebration is convening facilitated, small-group discussions on the intersections of race, class and culture. The groups will consist of 12 to 15 people and will meet for three facilitated three-hour sessions beginning later in the spring. The goal is to foster a personal and collective commitment for participants to take action to become a more inclusive community. Participants will be selected so each group reflects the diversity of our community so that group members can learn from each other.

The application period is now closed. We received a high level of interest and will be in contact with each applicant in early April to let them know if they can be accommodated in the spring sessions. For questions or more information, please contact
