Tips for Newcomers

CA’s Group Fitness Program loves new participants to our wide variety of classes!

If you are new to group fitness or still scoping out the group fitness scene, here are a few tips to make the most of your experience!

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes early; secure a comfortable spot or bike
  • CA will provide most everything you need for class
  • Bring a water bottle
  • Go at your own pace
  • Turn your cell phone to silent
  • Listen and watch your instructor with purpose
  • Be open minded

Registration Procedures

Golf F&P, CA Fit&Play may pre-register online, in person, or on the phone 48 hours in advance of your selected class. Personal training is available for an additional training fee.

1Fit members may pre-register online, in person, or on the phone 24 hours in advance of your selected class.

Walk-ins are allowed on a space available basis. However, pre-registration is strongly encouraged due to space limitations.

Play, 5 Day Golf&Play,  non-members, and Columbia Cardholders may pay a guest fee to participate in group fitness classes as space is available.

Prerecorded Classes are available to active and frozen CA member on our private Facebook group.
